NCTMA Bylaws 

The NCTMA Bylaws were amended and ratified by the membership at the business meeting held on September 22, 2022 virtually. The new Bylaws reflect the manner the NCTMA currently operates and incorporate requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley pertaining to non-profit organizations. The main change is that Associate members will be able to serve as Officers, but Board seats will be limited to just one Associate member per year.
