Webinar Title: Holistic Risk Management
Description:

Demands put on Treasury Departments have always been challenging. The recent turmoil in the banking sector has rendered enterprise risk management (ERM) mission critical. What can treasurers do to proactively manage the risk related to strategic initiatives, such as large acquisitions, in this environment? The new frontier of ERM, called Holistic Risk Management, provides a tool to deal with these demands. What if you could measure your organization’s aggregate risk capacity, and adjust your total portfolio of risk to support such strategic opportunities? That is where holistic risk management comes to the forefront.

Johan Nystedt, the founder of Nystedt Management Solutions LLC will showcase a top-down approach to modeling your risk capacity, proforma for strategic event scenarios, using proven tools. More so than maybe ever before, the current environment demands state-of-the-art processes to tackle mission-critical endeavors.

Speaker Johan Nystedt
